Performance

To ensure highest sensitivity, the ipsogen BAALC Profile Quant Kit has been optimized to detect ABL and BAALC gene transcripts over a wide dynamic range (see figure " Sensitive detection of BAALC and ABL standards ").

Principle

The ipsogen BAALC Profile Quant Kit is a ready-to-use kit for detection of BAALC gene transcripts using real-time PCR. The kit is based on the amplification and detection of specific BAALC gene transcripts, relative to ABL control gene expression in total RNA (see figures " BAALC gene transcript " and " ABL control gene transcript ", and provides high levels of specificity, sensitivity, and reproducibility. Each ipsogen BAALC Profile Quant Kit provides 3 standard dilutions for the ABL gene and 5 standard dilutions for the BAALC gene.
