Overview
This cell lysate provides a way to validate the TDP-43 aggregation assay. As a positive control, it will enable researchers to avoid any detection issues when running the assay. The lysate was made using lysis buffer 1 (64KL1FDF) from HeLa cells treated with Staurosporine (1 µM -6 hours).
