Waters' unique Ethylene Bridge Hybrid (BEH) technology is used in the analytical column's sorbent, which provides a mechanically strong packed bed that resists shrinking and swelling for efficient mobile phase solvent switching. You can characterize molecular weights ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 g/mole with the product listed here. The ACQUITY APC XT BEH Column's packing contains sub-3 µm ethylene bridged hybrid (BEH) particles, which give the column its mechanical strength, packed-bed stability, and remarkable separation efficiency. The lab equipment can provide better chromatographic performance for all polymer classes, including low molecular weight water and organic soluble polymers, attributable to these features. Use the ACQUITY APC XT BEH Column with the ACQUITY Advanced Polymer ChromatographyTM (APC) System since it was designed to work with the system and provides the best separation results. To minimize extra-column space within the system, the ACQUITY APC System uses tubing and connectors that have been developed to fulfill tight standards. The ACQUITY APC BEH Column's high-coverage trimethylsilane attached to a BEH substrate allows it to be used for extended temperature separations of up to 90 °C in organic solvents. The ACQUITY APC BEH Column, like all of Waters' lab equipment, is made in our ISO 9001 facility and is kept to limited specification ranges to assure repeatable performance. Furthermore, each column is independently examined, and a Certificate of Batch Analysis is supplied on the eCordTM Intelligent Chip that is attached. Waters recommends that you also explore and invest in our LCGC Certified Clear Glass 12 x 32 mm Screw Neck Vial, with Cap and PTFE/Silicone Septum, 2 mL Volume, 100/pk. Waters recognizes the importance of this equipment in your work's success, which is why all LCGC Certified vials are UV-tested by HPLC.
