Product Details

The IGRA Control Set is comprised of four lyophilized recombinant human Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) controls: IGRA Control Vial 1, IGRA Control Vial 2, IGRA Control Vial 3 and IGRA Control Vial 4. The IGRA Control Set can be used in the same manner as samples as an optional external unassayed control for assays detecting IFN-γ.

The IGRA Control Set is intended for use by diagnostic laboratories with trained staff only in the United States.

Principle

When reconstituted with distilled water, each set of the four IFN-γ vials is processed the same way as samples.

Procedure

Reconstitute each of the 4 vials with 0.25 mL of room temperature distilled or deionized water and ensure complete resuspension. The IGRA Control Set may be included in a test run following the procedures as provided by the test kit manufacturer.

Applications

The IGRA Control Set contains recombinant human IFN- γ and is intended for use as an optional, unassayed quality control material for assays detecting IFN-γ.
