Pricing Terms: All quoted prices, unless explicitly stated or agreed upon otherwise, do not include shipping costs, import duties, taxes, or any domestic charges applicable in the destination country.

Packaging and Shipping Compliance: Goods will be packaged in accordance with international transport standards, as verified by the logistics company upon inspection and receipt. Should there be any specific requirements concerning packaging, choice of logistics company, or other related matters, these must be communicated in advance. Any associated costs will be incorporated into the initial quotation. Any additional requests made post-quotation or after payment will require a revised quotation and payment. Any losses or additional costs incurred due to changes or increases in the buyer’s requirements, leading to re-quoting or re-payment, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Payment Terms: The buyer is required to remit 100% of the payment for goods, shipping, and any applicable additional charges in advance. Processing of the order will begin upon the confirmation of full payment.

Quality Assurance and Returns: Given the specialized nature of the products, in the event of any quality issues, the buyer must provide all necessary supporting documentation, including photographs, experimental data, and third-party inspection reports. Upon confirmation of the issue by the manufacturer, a return or replacement will be arranged. Due to the complexities of international trade, replacement items will be included in the next scheduled order shipment. Should expedited shipment of replacement items be required, the buyer will bear the additional international shipping costs. Returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons will not be accepted. For gifts, promotional items or samples, no guarantees are made for returns or exchanges in case of quality issues; however, equivalent-value gifts, promotional items or samples may be provided with the next order, subject to the situation.
