TCS Antibody Purification Kit (ab109207) is designed to purify IgG fractions from tissue culture supernatant. The kit uses Protein A which has a high affinity for IgG molecules from a variety of species. - All reagents (including Protein A resin) are ready-to-use as supplied. - Up to 5 mg of antibody can be purified in each run. - Compatible with our Lightning-Link ® Antibody Conjugation Kits and Oligonucleotide Conjugation Kit range.

TCS Antibody Purification Kit (ab109207) has been designed for tissue culture supernatant purification, and can be used to purify 10-50 mL in each purification. Each column can purify up to 5 mg of antibody.
This kit works by coupling highly purified protein A to agarose beads and can therefore be used to purify IgG fractions from hybridoma supernatants. The antibody is captured on the TCS resin and unwanted substances are removed by a simple wash procedure. The purified product is then eluted and neutralized.
