NOL6 also known as nucleolar protein 6 is a nucleolar RNA-associated protein with a mass of roughly 117 kDa. It localizes mainly to the nucleolus and shows high expression in actively dividing cells reflecting its role in ribosomal RNA (rRNA) processing.
