Buffer for studying in the research area. Product Usage Information Use as a blocking solution in chromogenic immunohistochemical assays and western blotting. Dilute Animal-Free Blocking Solution (5X) in deionized water to 1X using ddH 2 O just before use. Always prepare fresh 1X solutions daily. Storage Animal-Free Blocking Solution (5X) should be stored at 4ºC and is stable for 12 months. Protect from light.
