Reconstitute with 1 mL of ddH 2 O and store at 4°C. Upon reconstitution, the product is in 10 mM tris (pH 8.2), 150 mM NaCl, 50 mM sucrose, 1 μg/mL pentachlorophenol, and 0.1% BSA. Use resuspended material within three months. If further dilution of the conjugate is required, use within one week. Protect from light. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles .
