Enrich the mononuclear cell fraction from apheresis product, bone marrow, or umbilical cord blood via a density gradient medium using NeatCell C-Pro software with Sepax C-Pro instrument. Enables an automatic, reproducible, and user-independent procedure.
• Initial volume: 30 to 120 mL.
• Selectable final volume: 8 to 20 mL, or 45 mL.
• Processing time: approximately 45 min.
