TrueMark™ OpenArray™ Urinary Tract Microbiota Comprehensive Plate The TrueMark OpenArray Urinary Tract Microbiota Comprehensive Plate is an efficient, easy-to-use OpenArray plate (56-assay format) for the characterization of key urinary tract microbial targets through real-time PCR. This plate contains TaqMan Gene Expression Assays for 17 microbial targets, plus Universal DNA Spike-In Positive Control and human RNase P RPPH1 control. The format of this OpenArray plate allows for three replicates to be run in parallel per plate for all microbial targets and two replicates for RNase P.
