Waters XBridge C8 OSM Solid-Phase Extraction (SPE) Cartridges are designed for use only on the ACQUITY UPLC Online SPE Manager (OSM), a component of the ACQUITY UPLC Automated SPE System. The XBridge™ C8 sorbent uses Waters proprietary Ethylene Bridged Hybrid (BEH) Technology to provide particles with high mechanical strength, excellent peak shape, high efficiency, and excellent pH stability for acidic and basic extraction solvents. The C8 sorbent is less retentive than XBridge C18 sorbent. The XBridge C8 Online SPE Cartridges can withstand pressures up to 15,000 psi (1,000 bar) during the SPE elution stage and are compatible with solvents in the pH 1-12 range.
