RNF167 also known as RING finger protein 167 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase with a molecular mass of approximately 61 kDa. This protein facilitates the transfer of ubiquitin from E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes to specific substrate proteins marking them for degradation via the proteasome.
