Product details:
Stock solution of buffer used for assaying kinase protein.
Formulation: Frozen solution of buffer containing: 25 mM MOPS, pH7.2, 12.5 mM ß-glycerol-phosphate, 25 mM MgCl2, 5 mM EGTA and 2 mM EDTA. Add to final concentration of 0.25 mM DTT prior to use. DTT solution supplied in separate vial.
Sterility: Buffer passed through a 0.2μ filter membrane and packaged aseptically.
Storage and Stability: Store product at -20°C (stable for 1 yr at -20°C from date of shipment). For optimal storage, aliquot buffer into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favourable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
