Human CYR61 ELISA Kit (ab238267) is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of CYR61 protein in cell culture extracts, cell culture supernatant, cit plasma, edta plasma, milk, saliva, serum, tissue extracts, and urine. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitate Human CYR61 with 5 pg/ml sensitivity.

CYR61 also known as CCN1 is a secreted protein involved in cell signaling. It belongs to the CCN family of proteins and weighs approximately 42 kDa. This protein is found in various tissues including the skin lungs and blood vessels.
