Mouse Annexin A1 ELISA Kit (ab264613) is a single-wash 90 min sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Annexin A1 protein in cell lysate. It uses our proprietary SimpleStep ELISA® technology. Quantitate Mouse Annexin A1 with 0.13 ng/ml sensitivity.

Annexin A1, also known as lipocortin I and Calpactin II, is a calcium dependent phospholipid binding protein encoded by the
gene. Plays important roles in the innate immune response as effector of glucocorticoid-mediated responses and regulator of the inflammatory process. Functions at least in part by activating the formyl peptide receptors and downstream signaling cascades. Promotes chemotaxis of granulocytes and monocytes via activation of the formyl peptide receptors. Contributes to the adaptive immune response by enhancing signaling cascades that are triggered by T-cell activation, regulates differentiation and proliferation of activated T-cells.
