LEF1 also known as lymphoid enhancer-binding factor 1 is a transcription factor important in the Wnt signaling pathway. It typically weighs around 44 kDa. This protein contains a high-mobility group (HMG) box domain that enables it to bind specifically to DNA and influence gene expression.
