1. Mix: add samples/standards to the wells together with the capture and detector antibody cocktail. Incubate 1 hr at room temperature
2. Wash
3. Add TMB development solution - incubate for 10 min
4. Add Stop solution

MUC2 coats the epithelia of the intestines, airways, and other mucus membrane-containing organs. It is thought that MUC2 provides a protective, lubricating barrier against particles and infectious agents at mucosal surfaces. MUC2 is a major constituent of both the inner and outer mucus layers of the colon and may play a role in excluding bacteria from the inner mucus layer.
