Product Description
Size: 50Tests / 200Tests
Fixable Viability Dye (750/777) (ab314682) is a cell membrane impermeant amine-reactive dye used in live/dead cell discrimination. Suitable for standard flow cytometry or microscopy with mammalian cells, bacteria and yeast. Excitation/Emission: 755 nm/779 nm. - Highly dead-cell specific with minimal live cell staining - Stable dye labelling that can withstand fixation and permeabilization - Available in different test sizes to fit your experimental needs

Product details:
750/777 nm Cell Viability Staining Kit (ab314682) allows discrimination between live and dead cells by flow cytometry or microscopy. Live/dead stains are useful probes to include when analyzing cell surface protein expression by flow cytometry, because they allow intracellular fluorescence signal from dead cells with permeable plasma membranes to be excluded from analysis.
