Human Cyclophilin A ELISA kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human Cyclophilin A in serum (human Cyclophilin A concentration is low in normal serum/plasma, and may not be detectable in this assay), plasma (collect plasma using EDTA and Citrate as an anticoagulant. Heparin is not recommended as anticoagulants for use in this assay) and cell culture supernatants. This assay employs an antibody specific for human Cyclophilin A coated on a 96-well plate.
