Human Cystatin SN/CST1 ELISA kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human Cystatin SN/CST1 in serum (human Cystatin SN/CST1 concentration is low in normal serum/plasma, and may not be detectable in this assay), plasma and cell culture supernatants. This protein has a mass of approximately 16 kDa and is expressed primarily in human saliva as well as other tissues like the nasal mucosa and skin.
