Human DNase I ELISA kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human DNase I in serum (human DNase I concentration is low in normal serum/plasma, and may not be detectable in this assay), plasma (collect plasma using heparin as an anticoagulant. EDTA and Citrate are not recommended in this assay), and cell culture supernatants. This assay employs an antibody specific for human DNase I coated on a 96-well plate.
