Compensation beads kit containing positive and negative beads to set compensation for multicolour flow cytometry experiments. It is compatible with fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies from mouse, rat, hamster, or rabbit are immunoglobulin light chain independent and works seamlessly with any laser configuration from the UV to the near IR.

The Compensation Beads Kit (3.0-3.4 µm) - separate vials is coated with an IgG that will bind all mouse and rat isotypes, as well as Syrian and Armenian hamster IgG and rabbit polyclonal antibodies. Antibody Capture Negative Beads act as a negative control and do not bind fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies. They provide autofluorescence similar to unstained cells across the different excitation/emission wavelengths.
Compatible with all fluorochromes excited from the UV to the near IR.
2 drop kit for accurate and bright positive signal.
