GALR3 also known as Galanin Receptor 3 is a G protein-coupled receptor with a mass of approximately 40 kDa. It is part of the galanin receptor family which consists of three members: GALR1 GALR2 and GALR3 itself. GALR3 is primarily expressed in the central nervous system and certain peripheral tissues.
