Description: Description A supplemental designed panel can be generated from a gene list, RNA Seq data, or 3’ whole transcriptome amplification data to be used with a pre-existing panel, either custom or pre-designed. Supplemental panel sizes are from 2-500 genes of interest with the base panel and are validated through an in silico BD panel design tool. Two vials containing the forward and reverse primer sequences are provided to be used with the BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis System or BD Rhapsody™ Express Single-Cell Analysis System.
