Overview
Use the SingleShot™ SYBR ® Green Kit to obtain high-quality RT-qPCR data with SYBR ® Green chemistry directly from cell culture lysates.
Two-step workflow provides results less than 2 hours after cell lysis. All RT-qPCR reagents and RNA control included.
