Biolegend, 373905, PE anti-human FcRL6 Antibody, 25tests

FcRL6, a member of Fc receptor-like family, does not bind Ig. It is expressed on cytotoxic NK and a subset of T cells (primarily CD8 + T cells).  Its expression level correlates with the differentiation state of these cells. This Type I transmembrane glycoprotein consists of three Ig-like domains on its extracellular and a consensus ITIM or non-canonical ITAM-like sequence on its cytoplasmic region. Patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia show higher abundance of this receptor due to expansion of cytotoxic lymphocyte population.

Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per million cells in 100 µL staining volume or 5 µL per 100 µL of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
