The chicken IgY isotype control was purified from chicken egg yolk. It can be used as an isotype control after screening on human and mouse cells.

Preparation: Reconstitute the contents of the antibody vial by adding 25 µl of distilled water.

Storage & Handling: For long-term storage, store the lyophilized antibody at -20°C or -70°C. After reconstitution, store the antibody between 2°C and 8°C for up to 2 weeks, or store in aliquots at -20°C for up to 6 months.
Application: FC - Quality tested ELISA, WB, IHC - Reported in the literature, not verified in house
Recommended Usage: Each lot of this isotype control antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis.
