Recommended Usage: Dilute, to prepare 1X Western-Ready™ MES SDS-Page Running Buffer, add 100 mL of 10X Western-Ready™ MES SDS-Page Running Buffer to 900 mL of H20 and mix.
Application Notes: This buffer is formulated for resolving small- to medium-sized proteins on Bis-Tris SDS-PAGE gels.
