Recommended Usage: 500mL of TBS 20X w/Tween 20 concentrate is sufficient for preparing 10 liters of 50mM Tris-Buffered Saline, pH 7.6
Application Notes: BioLegend's TBS 20X (1.0M) concentrate is used to prepare buffered saline solutions that are utilized in many immunohistochemical procedures. Prepare the TBS solution by combining components as described in the following table. Buffer = 20X TBS + DI Water 1L = 50mL + 950mL 5L = 250mL + 4750mL 10L = 500mL + 9500mL
