Product Description
Un compuesto de ácido tioisobutírico sustituido con urea (ureido-TiBA) permeable a las células que actúa como un agonista potente y selectivo del PPARα (PPARα, γ y δ - CE₅₀ = 6 nM, 1,1 µM y 6,2 µM en humanos; 1 nM, 1,3 µM y 2,9 µM en ratones, respectivamente). También muestra actividad hipolipemiante in vivo en ratas.
