Las tabletas inhibidoras de proteasa SIGMAFAST™ son una formulación hidrosoluble que contiene un cóctel de inhibidores de proteasa de amplio espectro, incluyendo AEBSF, E-64, bestatina, leupeptina, aprotinina y EDTA. Una tableta rinde 100 ml de cóctel y puede inhibir las proteasas presentes en hasta 20 g de extracto celular.
