ZNF350 has been identified as a transcriptional suppressor that can either form complexes with other proteins or play a direct transcriptional suppressive role in a single-factor form (PMID: 30613364). Overexpression of ZBRK1 has the potential to inhibit cancer cell migration and suppress metastasis activity suggesting that ZBRK1 may behave as a metastasis suppressor (PMID: 19996286).
