In mice, CD314 is expressed on NK cells, activated CD8(+) T cells and macrophages, and subsets of TCR gamma delta (+) and NK1.1 (+) T cells (PMID: 12150888). Various subfamilies of MHC class I-related glycoproteins have been identified as the ligands for mouse CD314, including RAET1A, RAET1B, RAET1C, RAET1D, RAET1E, H60 and MULT1 (PMID: 31720075).
