Disposable polypropylene columns used for gravity-flow chromatography with Ni-NTA Agarose or Ni-NTA Superflow bed volumes of 1 ml and 5 ml, respectively (6 ml and 15 ml total capacity). Polypropylene columns are provided in QIAexpress Type IV and Type ATG Kits.
