Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse p-CDK1 (Tyr15) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from HEK293 cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium and lysed in 10 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
