Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-RAB 8A (Ser111) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, SHSY-5Y cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 25 μM of CCCP for 16 hours and lysed in 5 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
