Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-RSK1 (Thr359) Assay Kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, A431 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, medium removed and then treated with 200 ng/mL EGF for 10 minutes and lysed in 10 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
