Emission Filter, 460 nm, NanoBRET donor Varioskan LUX comes equipped with a range of measurement technologies including absorbance and fluorescence intensity with optional luminescence, AlphaScreen and TRF. The instrument selects the measurement wavelength using monochromators or optical filters, depending on which is optimal for each measurement technology.
