To help resolve uncertainty at the pace of gene therapy development, the GTxResolve Premier BEH SEC 450 Å, 2.5 µm, 4.6x300 mm Column provides high resolution and fast size variant separations for AAVs and nucleic acids. AAV monomers and aggregates are ideally resolved using a 450 Å pore size. Unwanted secondary interactions that make it difficult to fully recover your sample and create robust, serotype independent, and stable platform methods are alleviated by hydrophilic MaxPeak High Performance Surface hardware. Industry-leading resolution without undesirable analyte shearing is provided by efficiently packed 2.5 µm particles.
