Product Description

Delta-Pak packings, ideal for the separation of peptides, proteins, and natural products, are based on a highly stable, bonded, endcapped 5µm or 15µm spherical silica. Delta-Pak is available in two different pore sizes (100Å and 300Å) with either C4 or C18 bonded phase. Delta-Pak packings are available in different cartridge and column configurations, providing consistent and predictable scale-up capabilities for milligram-to-gram scale purification. Also, by having the same chemistry available on a high-efficiency 5µm particle, you can easily check the purity of your fractions.

Additional Information
Delta-Pak C18 Radial-Pak Column, 100Å, 15 µm, 47 mm X 300 mm, 1K - 15K, 1/pk Delta-Pak packings are based on a highly stable, bonded, end-capped 5 µm or 15 µm spherical silica and are perfect for the separation of peptides, proteins, and natural products. Delta-Pak is offered with either a C4 or C18 bonded phase and two distinct pore diameters (100 and 300). For milligram-to-gram scale purification, Delta-Pak packings are available in a variety of cartridge and column formats, offering consistent and predictable scale-up capabilities. Additionally, you can quickly assess the purity of your fractions because the same chemistry is available on a high-efficiency 15 µm particle. Particle size has no bearing on the chemical characteristics of the packing materials. By choosing our tools, software, chemistries, and services, you have all the resources you require to complete any analysis successfully. For consistent, optimal performance of your Waters systems, only Waters Quality Parts have been evaluated and verified, making them compatible with your Waters instruments to the fullest extent. You can depend on reliable instrument performance, precise and repeatable results, and ongoing system compliance when you use Waters Quality Parts. You can shop for lab equipment according to your needs on our website to find additional Waters products and collections. If you have any questions or issues, you may contact a member of our global support team on our website. They can also help you choose the appropriate products for your chromatographic and laboratory needs. Apart from the lab equipment listed here, the Reversed-Phase QC Reference Material may also be of interest to you. The collection of standards and mixes in the Quality Control Reference Materials portfolio is unique. These tools enable the user to assess and benchmark their chromatography equipment before examining crucial material. The products in the line were each individually designed by Waters experts. The Reversed-Phase QC Reference Material is a very complex mixture of reference material because it contains components that can be challenging to separate. It is suitable for use when regularly carrying out difficult experiments because it is designed to provide this level of complexity. It operates with a variety of hardware configurations, sizes, and column chemistries. Seven substances, including uracil, butyl paraben, naphthalene, propranolol, di-propylphthalate, acenaphthene, and amitriptyline, are present in the reversed-phase QC reference material at pH 7.

FAQ
What Does Achieving High Resolution In Chromatography Mean? Resolution can be used to enhance separations because it is a function of peak width and retention time, both of which are essential elements of the chromatographic process. Therefore, the better the data can be evaluated and the more exact they can be, the higher the resolution.
