ZCWPW2 also known as Zinc Finger CW-Type PWWP Domain Protein 2 is a protein involved in epigenetic regulation. It has a molecular mass of around 153 kDa. ZCWPW2 plays a role in recognizing and binding to specific histone modifications which contributes to chromatin remodeling and gene expression regulation. Its expression occurs in various tissues including testis which suggests a role in reproductive processes and possibly in spermatogenesis.
