Buffer for use with Annexin V reagents.
This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called 1006 10X Annexin V Binding Buffer. 1006-100 is the same size as the 100 ml size of ab14084.
The binding buffer contains optimal concentration of calcium which is required for Annexin v/ANXA5 binding to phosphotidylserine (PS) on the cell surface. This 10X reagent should be diluted to 1X with distilled water (ddH
O) before using in the assay.
