Instructions for use:
Add 5-Bromo-3-indoxyl- beta-D-galacto-pyranoside (BB1182) as concentrated stock solution (solvent DMSO or DMF) to autoclaved media
Recommended working concentration 0.1-0.3 mM (1-3 mL of 100 mM stock solution per L)
For best results also add 0.1-1 mM of the inducer isopropyl-beta-D-thiogalactopyrano-side (IPTG) to growth media
