Product details:
The HeLa nuclear extracts have been collected in Lysis Buffer after a 30 minute incubation with or without TNF alpha. The protein content has been determined by a Bradford based assay (20 ng/ml). We recommend aliquoting the extracts into single use fractions and then storing.
