OVCA1 also known as DPH1 or DPH2L1 is a protein encoded by a gene located in human chromosome 11p11.2. The protein weighs approximately 42 kDa. OVCA1 is involved in the early steps of diphthamide biosynthesis where it functions by interacting with its protein partners.
