Pirh2 also known as RCHY1 is a protein with E3 ubiquitin ligase activity. It has a molecular mass of approximately 34 kDa. Pirh2 targets proteins for degradation by the ubiquitin-proteasome system regulating the levels of proteins like p53. Expression of Pirh2 occurs in various tissues including liver and heart.
