Inhibitors included - aprotinin (bovine lung), bestatin, E-64, leupeptin hemisulfate, β-glycerophosphate, sodium fluoride, sodium orthovanadate, sodium pyrophosphate decahydrate
Supplied in water (1 ml)
Preparation:
Recommended dilution is 1:9. They are provided in a 10x formulation and a 1X solution is a good starting point. The working concentration should be optimized for each individual application.

This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called K284 Universal Protease and Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail, EDTA-Free, EZBlock™. K284-1 is the same size as the 1 ml size of ab201120.
