TALLA-1 also known as human T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen 1 is a cell surface glycoprotein with a molecular weight of around 43 kDa. This protein is mainly expressed in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells but not in normal mature T-cells making it a significant marker in specific pathological contexts.
