1. Add 100 μL of Assay buffer to each well and standard or sample to appropriate wells. Incubate at room temperature
2.Wash
3. Add HRP-conjugate to each well.Incubate at room temperature
4. Wash
5. Add TMB Substrate and incubate the plate in the dark at room temperature
6. Add Stop Solution and read OD at 450 nm
This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called E4379 BioSim™ Cetuximab (Human) ELISA Kit. E4379-100 is the same size as the 96 test size of ab237648.
